Feedback Policy
Feedback is a rating system that enables buyers to compare one seller or trader with another. As such, buyers are not allowed to threaten sellers with negative feedback in order to get goods or services they haven't paid for.
Similarly, Sellers and Traders are not allowed to force buyers into leaving positive feedback or to change negative feedback they have left as a result of a bad experience. This policy applies to all feedback, regardless of whether it was left before, during or after a sale or trade.
Failure to strictly follow these guidelines may result in actions that limit your buying, selling or trading privileges or if neccessary, suspension of your account.

Examples What's Allowed
A buyer has bought and paid for two items, and after three weeks, has still not received them. Frustrated, the buyer emails the seller, "I am still waiting for the items I bought three weeks ago, even though your listing said you ship within two business days. If I do not receive them within two days, I will leave negative feedback for you."
A buyer receives an item that was listed as being in excellent condition, but is actually in poor condition. The buyer emails the seller, "The item you sent me was NOT as described in your listing. Instead of being in excellent condition, it is in very poor condition and I cannot use it. I am sending it back to you, and expect to receive a full refund or I will leave negative feedback for you."
What's not allowed
After buying a new HDTV, a buyer writes the seller, "I want a set of sourround sound speakers and a 200-watt subwoofer with the TV or I'll leave negative feedback for you."
A seller receives a paid order and writes the buyer, "You had better leave me positive feedback or your package might get lost in the mail."
A buyer purchases an item, pays for ground shipping and writes, "I want it by tomorrow evening or I'm leaving negative feedback for you."
It's a rating tool, not a weapon!
Feedback is a way for members to share the experiences they have had, buying, selling and trading with other members. Using it as a weapon to threaten others, tarnishes the reputation of our marketplace and cannot be tolerated. If you know of someone who has violated our Feedback Policy in any way, please let us know.
