At Sidila.com we take extraordinary measures to protect your privacy. Operating our web site requires us to collect certain information about you, and in some cases, such as when processing credit card payments, disclose information about you to others. The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to explain the information we collect and how we use it, so you can buy, sell and trade on Sidila.com with complete confidence. When you register with Sidila.com, we collect billing information consisting of your name, gender, address, phone number and email address. We also collect shipping information which consists of your name, gender, address, phone number and email address. Upon completion of the registration process, each member is assigned a mailbox number. Members communicate with each other via their assigned mailbox numbers.
A feedback rating is kept on each registered member. The feedback rating is a ratio of the number of positive feeback comments the member receives, to the negative ones. Feedback ratings enable members to compare one trader to another. When members look at items you have listed for sale or trade, they are also able to see your feedback rating.
When a member purchases an item using a credit card, their billing information is passed to the appropriate third-party credit card processing companies, based on the card type (Visa, Mastercard etc) for identification and verification. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. However, be aware that the credit card processing companies operate under their own privacy policies and are not bound by the provisions in this Privacy Statement.
When all trading partners accept a trade through our web site, their shipping address is sent to their respective trading partners. To protect members' privacy, we recommend using a rented mailbox at a postal center as the shipping address rather than your home address.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE GIVE OUT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHER MEMBERS. All communication between members occurs by internal messaging or by email using their assigned mailboxes.

Our online registration form requires you to enter a username, password, full name, gender, billing street address, shipping street address, phone number and email address.
Sidila.com does not use cookies to track your transactions and does not collect or store information on your computer.
We do not collect credit card information when you register with Sidila.com. When members purchase items through our web site, we collect payment information such as credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and credit card verification code at that time. This information is written in encrypted form to our database.
When a member communicates with us via email or letters such as to give feedback regarding activities or postings on our web site, we collect the feedback information into our database and it is used to calculate your feedback ratings.

Sidila.com will never, sell or distribute your personal information to other members or to any third party, with the exception of law enforcement.
We use your demographic information, to improve our marketing and promotional campaigns, statistically analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site's content and layout. This allows us to improve the benefits of Sidila.com and to better customize it to meet your needs.

Whenever you purchase items through Sidila.com, we use your billing address and associated information to bill your credit card for your accrued charges.
We use information about you to track and calculate your feedback rating, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Use policies. Sometimes it is necessary to inspect several members' accounts in order to identify specific problems, resolve disputes, and on rare occasions evaluate your information to identify members using multiple User IDs.

Disclosure of Your Information
At Sidila.com, we do not sell, rent or distribute any personally identifiable information about you to any third party entities. We use demographic and statistical data to improve our marketing campaigns and our offerings to our members. We never disclose information that can personally identify a member to our advertisers and Information, such as passwords and credit card numbers are never disclosed.
Sidila.com cooperates with all law enforcement inquires and legal requests for information. Once the requested information is handed over to law enforcement, Sidila.com cannot guarantee that the information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Once disclosed, the handling of private information is in the hands of law enforcement which operate under their own policies and there's no guarantee that private communications and identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Statement. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances. Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain completely private in every situation.

Using Other Members' Information
When completing a trade transaction through Sidila.com, you will receive via email, the shipping name and address of your trading partner and your trading partner will receive your shipping information via email.
By accepting our Terms of Use Policy, you agree that, with respect to other member's personally identifiable information that you obtain through Sidila.com-related communications, Sidila.com grants you a license to use such information only for: (a) Sidila.com-related communications to initiate or complete a trade (b) Sidila.com-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages (SPAM) (b) any other purpose that such member expressly opts into after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). You must give members an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review the nature, type and use of the information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another member to any third party without the expressed, written consent of Sidila.com and the member(s) in question, after adequate disclosure.
Sidila.com expressly forbids members from distributing unsolicited email (SPAM) to other members. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, Sidila.com does NOT grant you a license to add a Sidila.com member, even a member who has purchased an item from you, to your mail list (electronic or physical mail) without the express consent of both Sidila.com and the member and after adequate disclosure.

Contacting Other Traders
You may not use Sidila.com to send unsolicited email to anyone, for any purpose. The email address you enter when registering with Sidila.com is used to forward email to you from trading partners and our administrative staff. We do not rent, sell or distribute your email address to any third party.

Protecting and Managing Your Password
You are prohibited from disclosing or sharing your username and password to or with any third party. Your username and password are used to identify your transactional activity on Sidila.com and you are liable for all activities tied to your username and password, including activities performed by others with whom you have shared your username and password. If at anytime you believe your password has been compromised, you should immediately change your password.

Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
After registering with Sidila.com, you will be able to review and change much of your personal information including Your: password, email address, name, gender, billing and shipping company, address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number.
We retain historical data, even information we have been asked to remove online. While information may be removed online, we still retain historical data which is used in certain cases to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Use Policy. Additionally, because we perform frequent backup and retention operations, this historical information may be retained indefinitely. Therefore, should you close your account or request that we remove your information online, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely erased from our system.

We use third party advertisers and marketing professionals to promote our business and we stricly control the information we supply to them. Although we never disclose information that can be used to personally identify a member, We do not control the business practices of third party vendors and you should be aware that they adhere to their own privacy customs and policies. Since Sidila.com does not control their privacy policies, you are subject to their privacy customs and policies and as a result we discourage you from disclosing private information to them.
