Trading Rules
Sidila.com is a safe, vital marketplace where anyone can buy, sell or trade goods and services. In order to preserve the integrity of our marketplace, all members must agree to, obey and abide by the following trading rules. Members found in violation of any of the following rules risk having their membership revoked.
1. All members must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Members must be honest and fair at all times in their dealings with all other members.
3. All item listings must be complete and accurate. As such:
- Items must do what descriptions say they will do
- Items must be in the exact condition as listed
- Item features and capabilities must be EXACTLY as listed
- Any defects, damages or shortcomings must be clearly listed in the item description
4. Software listings must represent Original, Licensed product; no copies or bootleg reproductions are allowed
5. Trade or sale of items deemed illegal by Federal, State or Local authorities is prohibited
6. Trade or sale of live animals, human beings or body parts is prohibited
7. All sale and trade transactions must be completed through Sidila.com so there is clear and complete documentation. Side agreements, side deals and hidden or undisclosed payments are expressly prohibited. Any details that are not a part of the documented transaction, are non-existent and non-enforceable.
8. Any and all Photos or Graphics that are uploaded and posted by members with their listings become the property of Sidila.com.
9. Members must make every effort to deliver listed goods and services in a timely and safe manner.
10. All applicable shipping fees must be fairly established, and in line with the fees charged by known carriers such as UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service.
11. ALL Shipping details that apply to an item listed for sale or trade, must be clearly listed in the Shipping & Handling Policy section of the listing. Details not listed are non-existent and non-enforceable.
12. ALL details regarding returns that apply to an item listed for sale or trade, must be clearly listed in the Returns Policy section of the listing. Details not listed are non-existent and non-enforceable.
13. ALL details regarding payment that apply to an item listed for sale or trade, must be clearly listed in the Payment Policy section of the listing. Details not listed are non-existent and non-enforceable.
14. Members will make every effort to resolve disputes honestly, quickly and fairly.
15. When a dispute is brought to the attention of the Sidila.com Resolution Team:
- The team will make every effort to resolve the dispute in a manner that is fair to all parties involved.
- Members understand and agree that the Sidila.com Resolution Team may propose a solution to a dispute, but it is the responsibility of each party in the dispute to weight the facts and decide whether or not to accept the proposed solution.
- Members understand and agree that the Sidila.com Resolution Team does not have the legal authority to make legally binding rulings.
- Members understand and agree that should a solution proposed by the Sidila.com Resolution Team be rejected by one or more parties in a dispute, such parties may file a claim in a U.S. court of law in order to reach a resolution.
16. Members understand and agree that all requests for dispute resolution, Non-Delivery Problem Reports, Customer Service Discounts, Order Reversals / Service Fee Credits or any problem that may arise from Trade or Sale Transactions must be reported to and received by Sidila.com no later than 15 days from the time of the transaction. On or after the 16th day, no discounts or resolutions will be made for that transaction.
17. Members may request to have their account with Sidila.com terminated by sending e-mail or written notice to Sidila.com. Membership termination will only be allowed when there are no trade or sale transactions in progress that involves that membership. All transactions must be completed to the satisfaction of all parties before a membership will be permitted to be terminated.
18. Sidila.com reserves the right to modify its terms, rules, procedures, and conditions for accepting new members at any time. Sidila.com reserves the right to change, modify, amend or delete the text of any listing that does not conform to Sidila.com's policies or Trading Rules. Sidila.com shall from time to time, publish electronic bulletins or e-mail directives containing modifications, changes or additions to these Trading Rules.
