What is Feedback?
Feedback is made up of the comments and ratings left by customers that you have sold items to, and/or traded with.
Whenever you buy, sell or trade an item on Sidila.com, we ask you to leave feedback about your experience with the seller or trader. We also ask your buyer or trading partner to leave feedback about you as well. Over time, your accumulated feedback develops into a portfolio, that customers use to determine how trustworthy you are, as a seller or buyer. Essentially, it is your reputation, as defined by the comments and ratings left by your customers.
Your Feedback score is perhaps the most important element of your feedback portfolio, and is listed in parentheses next to your mailbox number in listings, and also at the top of your feedback portfolio. For example, the feedback rating: Mailbox: 1502 (422) 99% means the seller identified as Mailbox 1502 has accumulated 422 feedback ratings, 99% of which is positive. By clicking on your feedback score, other members are able to see your feedback portfolio which consists of the positive, negative and mixed ratings other members have left for you, as well as their comments.
Positive feedback ratings say your customers trust you. This in turn encourages other members to do business with you because they know you will ship exactly what they order, on time, everytime. For this reason, it is important to accumulate as many positive feedback ratings as possible to establish a solid reputation. To see a member's feedback portfolio, do one of the following:
- On a listing, click their feedback score (to the right of their mailbox number)
- click the Feedback tab
- Click View a Member's Feedback.
- Enter the Member's Mailbox Number and click Submit
